1. Pricing & Services

Quotes are based on a single visit to one standard residential property. Additional visits may incur fees.
The standard price covers one dwelling per property. Fees for secondary dwellings (e.g., granny flats, sleepouts) will be quoted separately.
Larger properties (e.g., lifestyle blocks, farms, or land exceeding 20 hectare) may incur additional charges due to increased time/resources required.
Custom packages (e.g., recurring services, multi-property discounts) are available upon request. Contact us for a tailored quote.

2. Travel Fees

A $30 travel surcharge applies to jobs located 50 km from Mangawhai Village, plus $1.17 per km.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 7 days of invoice receipt. Late payments may incur an extra fee. If you have different payment terms such as payment on the 20th please notify us.
We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, Stripe.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling requests require 24 hours advance notice to avoid penalties.

5. Liability & Property Care

While we take utmost care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or unforeseen issues (e.g., hidden pests, structural faults).
Clients must ensure safe access to the property (e.g., locked gates, aggressive animals disclosed in advance).

6. Weather & Delays

Services may be postponed due to extreme weather (e.g., heavy rain, storms) for safety/quality reasons. We’ll reschedule promptly.
